Mal Re in St Andrew's Church (27.07.2011)

Mal Re is the missionary trip from South Korea. This group are here in Malaysia to visit and at the same time experience the culture here. They are a superb team. Their performance was entertaining and meaningful. From the traditional performance to a violin rendition to the story of Jesus, all of them conveys a hidden message. Being a non believer, through their play on the life of Jesus, I get to know the Christianity culture more. As we are in Malaysia, I guess we should be able to understand every race and religion. At the end of the event, I proceed to take some pictures with them. I am a great fan of Korean dramas so I was actually very very thrilled to be able to hear the Korean language LIVE and to witness them LIVE. I had the opportunity to chat with them and also learn a few terms in Korean. Although it is kind of hard to communicate with them due to their low proficiency of English, it was a worthwhile event to attend. They learn English from us and we, in return, learn Korean from them. I really want to eat kimchi, a traditional Korean delicacy, but was dissapointed. They couldn't afford to bring it over. =(
By the way, here are some of the snapshots taken::
